摘要
为改善工作面刮板输送机的整机性能,采用变频电动机作为刮板输送机的驱动装置实现软启动,介绍了变频电动机的机械结构、电气结构及控制系统的设计,并根据使用经验提出了应用变频电动机的注意事项。
In order to improve overall performance of scraper conveyor used on working face,frequency conversion motor was used as driving device of scraper conveyor to realize soft start.Designs of mechanical structure,electrical structure and control system of frequency conversion motor were introduced.The points for attention of applying frequency conversion motor were proposed according to application experience.
