145例乳晕旁切口良性病变切除治疗体会

Treatment experience of 145 cases with benign lesions through peri-areola incision

目的探讨良性病变应用乳晕旁切口的手术方法治疗效果。方法回顾性分析145例采用乳晕旁切口手术治疗的良性病变患者的临床资料。结果 145例患者均切除了病变,术后一期愈合141例,感染1例。术后随访3个月~1年,2例瘢痕增厚明显,7例乳头偏斜,5例乳头塌陷。结论乳晕旁切口的选择对于手术治疗乳腺良性病变能达到治疗目的 ,术后切口瘢痕不明显,达到了一定的美容效果,提高了患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the surgical method and curative effect of peri-areola incision surgi- cal method applied in benign lesions. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 145 patients with benign lesions, who were treated by peri-areola incision surgical method. Results All of the 145 cases received lesions excision, and there were 141 cured cases in first intention and 1 infection cases. Postopera- tive follow-up lasted for 3 months^l year, and it showed that there were 2 cases with obviously scar incrassation, 7 cases with nipple deviation, and 5 cases of nipple collapse. Conclusion The choice of peri-areola incision can achieve the treatment goal for breast benign lesions. It can provide a certaifi degree of cosmetic result for its in- conspicuous postoperative scar, and it can improve patients＇ satisfaction.
