摘要
风机变浆系统故障高发,通过对风机变浆系统故障的研究,发现由电气滑环引起的通讯故障频率最高,且维修费用占总运行成本比例较高,因此,针对通讯故障和电器滑环两部件系统,提出机会维修策略,以经济性为目标,优化了机会维修役龄和预防性维修役龄,实现了高额停机费用的分摊和成本的节约。通过仿真结果分析,机会维修策略比传统役龄维修策略和优化役龄维修策略更好地实现了成本的节约,具有较高的实际应用价值。
Faced with high fault rate of wind turbine variable pitch system, this paper studies such faults and finds out most of them are communication faults caused by the electric slip ring and their maintenance cost accounts for a high proportion of the total operational cost. Therefore, with respect to communication fault and the electric slip ring, this paper presents an opportunist maintenance strategy in which the economical efficiency is taken as the aim to optimize the opportunistic maintenance age and preventive maintenance age and realize sharing of high shutdown expense and cost saving. As shown in the analysis on the simulation result, the opportunistic maintenance strategy costs less than the traditional age maintenance strategy and optimized age maintenance strategy, and has better application value.
