摘要
在建立海上风电系统各组成部分模型的基础上,根据国标《风电场接入电力系统技术规定》对无功补偿的要求,提出在海上升压站低压侧和陆上集控中心分别配备无功补偿装置的方案,并设计了变PI全搜索的方法查找海上风电系统无功补偿的最优配置。仿真分析表明:基于变PI全搜方法得到的最优无功补偿配置方案,在海上风电系统的各类有效运行状态下都能实时、准确地跟踪调度指令,进行无功的调节。
On the basis of establishing models for each part of the offshore wind power systems, according to the requirements on reactive compensation in national standard "Technical Specifications for Connecting the Electric Power System to the Wind Plant", this paper proposes a scheme for installing an reactive compensation device on the low voltage side of the offshore booster station and in the onshore centralized control center respectively. As shown in the simulation analysis, the optimal reactive compensation scheme based on variable PI full search method can keep an accurate track on scheduling instructions on a real time basis for reactive regulations when the offshore wind power system keeps in various effective operational conditions.
