摘要
采用PLC对液晶玻璃基板机器人包装系统进行控制,实现了玻璃基板定位、机器人自动控制、纸张数量及压力检测、自动计数等功能,给出了程序控制流程图。系统结构合理,功能完善,满足了液晶玻璃基板自动化生产过程的需要。
PLC is used to control the LCD glass substrate robot packaging system, thus realizing glass substrate positioning, automatic robot control, sheet amount and pressure detection, and automatic counting. The program control flow chart is given. The system featured through reasonable structure and functional maturation can satisfy the requirement of automatic production process of LCD glass snbstrates.
