摘要
基于传统的二级供应链协调问题,将3PL服务商引入到供应链中,主要研究随机产出条件下的由供应商、3PL服务商和零售商组成的新型供应链协调问题。先后构建随机产出背景下的分散决策和集中决策数学模型,并分析这2种背景下的零售商最优订货策略、供应商的最优批发价格和3PL物流服务商的服务价格以及2种不同的决策方法对企业收益和供应链总收益的影响。研究结果表明:当μ∈(μ0,1]时,集体决策时的供应链总收益高于分散决策,同时各节点企业可以通过选择合适的分配因子λ1,λ2来提升自身收益,从而实现供应链的Pareto改进。
Based on the coordination problem of traditional two - level supply chain, service provider of 3PL was introduced to the supply chain, and the coordination problem of a new three - level supply chain composed by a supplier, a service provider of 3PL and a retailer was studied in the case of stochastic yield. The centralized and decentralized decision model under random yield risk was proposed successively. Then the price decision of the supplier, order decision of the retailer and service price of 3PL were analyzed in the case of non - cooperation and cooperation as well as the expect profits of the participating subjects and the overall profit of the supply chain. Lastly, the results show that the overall profit of the supply chain in the case of cooperation is higher than non - cooperation when μ belongs to the range of (μ0,1 ], and the participating subjects can also raise their prof- its through choosing suitable distribution factors λ1 ,λ2, so as to realize the Pareto improvement of the supply chain.
