摘要
通过对国内外研究现状的调查总结,分析了目前机车车辆轮轨黏着的研究现状,概述了轮轨黏着系数及其影响因素的相关实验研究,总结了轮轨表面磨粒磨损的研究,介绍了目前所采用的增黏材料,最后提出了综合考虑磨损与增黏效果的撒砂研究、综合考虑多体接触的力学行为及其矿物破裂的力学行为的力学研究,以及选用增黏砂等相关建议。
Based on the investigation and summary of the researches at home and abroad on adding sand between rail and wheel,some researches on the wheel-rail adhesion are analyzed. And the experimental researches on wheel-rail adhesion coefficient and its influencing factors are summarized. Also,the study on abrasive wear of wheel-rail surface are outlined,and some wheel-rail adhesion materials are introduced. Finally,some suggestions of the comprehensive study on both wear and adhesion of sanding,the comprehensive mechanics analysis based on multi-body contact and mineral fracture,also choice of adhesive sand are put forward.
