益气化瘀方干预子宫复旧不全大鼠激素水平的研究

Effect of Yiqi Huayu Prescription on Hormone Levels in Subinvolution of Uterus Rat Models

目的研究益气化瘀方对产后子宫复旧不全大鼠血清中催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)的影响,探讨其部分作用机制。方法选取50只SD级妊娠后雌性大鼠,抽取10只为空白组,其余40只给予大肠杆菌阴道内注射制备子宫复旧不全模型,造模成功后随机分为模型组、新生化组、益气化瘀方低剂量组(下称益气低组)和高剂量组(下称益气高组)。各组分别给药7 d,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法测定大鼠血清中E2、P、PRL的含量。结果与模型组比较,益气低组、益气高组和新生化组能明显升高E2、P水平(P<0.01或P<0.05),益气高组与新生化组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),益气低组低于新生化组(P<0.01);益气低组、益气高组和新生化组均能提高PRL水平(P<0.01),且益气高组优于新生化组(P<0.01)。结论益气化瘀方能调节血清E2、P同步增长,促进子宫内膜增生修复;升高PRL水平,抑制产后不良情绪产生,加强子宫收缩,促进产后子宫复旧,并且益气高组疗效显著。

Objective To study of Yiqi Huayu Prescription on PRL, E2 and P in subinvolution of uterus rat models rats and to explore the pathological mechanisms. Methods 50 SD female rats after pregnancy were selected. 10 rats were as the blank group and other 40 rats were injected Escherichia coli into vagina to build subinvolution of uterus rat models. After modeling, the rats were randomly divided into model group, Xinshenghua group and low-dose of Yiqi Huayu group （LYQHY group） and high-dose of Yiqi Huayu group （HYQHY group）. Every group was given drugs for 7 days, the contents of E2, P and PRL were respectively detected by ELISA. Results Compared with model group, the contents of E2 and P significantly increased in LYQHY group, HYQHY group and Xinshenghua group （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）, there was no statistical significance between HYQHY group and Xinshenghua group （P〉0.05）, LYQHY group was lower than Xinshenghua group （P〈 0.01）; LYQHY, HYQHY and Xinshenghua groups could also elevate levels of PRL （P〈0.01）, and the HYQHY group better than the Xinshenghua group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The Yiqi Huayu Prescription could regulate the serum E2 and P to promote the repair of endometrial hyperplasia; increase the level of PRL to inhibit the postnatal negative emotions, enhance uterine contraction and promote the involution of uterus. The HYQHY group showed a more significant curative effect.
