耐多药结核病的治疗进展 被引量：15

摘要 耐多药结核病（MDR-TB）指至少耐异烟肼和利福平两种药物的结核病,由于近年来抗结核药物的广泛应用,细菌耐药性明显提高,再加上化疗方案不合理、治疗药物中断或社会因素等原因,其发病率逐年升高,且因其病程长、治疗费用高、治愈率低、复发率高,成为各国突出的公共卫生问题。据国际卫生组织（WHO）/国际防痨和肺病联合会（IUATLD）的最新耐药监测估计,全球每年新出现30~60万MDR-TB患者,
