T淋巴细胞功能及检测方法 被引量：21

摘要 经典免疫反应中T淋巴细胞是参与机体细胞免疫反应,并在免疫应答中起重要调节作用的免疫细胞。正常情况下T细胞及其亚群的数目在周围组织中相对稳定,但机体免疫系统发生变化,各类免疫细胞尤其是T淋巴细胞的数量比例及其功能也随之发生相应的变化。因此通过对T淋巴细胞功能的认识,检测其数量比例,进行功能试验的检测,可以为机体的免疫状态进行评估。
