摘要
以普通硅酸盐水泥为主要原料,采用双氧水为发泡剂,在不同配合比条件下研究了掺合料、不同水胶比时料浆稠度、料浆初始反应温度对泡沫混凝土气孔直径大小及气泡稳定性的影响。试验结果表明:双掺粉煤灰与矿渣粉各取代19%的水泥、水胶比为0.41、料浆初始反应温度为20-25℃时制得的泡沫混凝土气孔直径大小适中且气泡稳定不塌模。考虑综合影响因素,研究得到的泡沫混凝土性能稳定、配合比经济,达到节能减排的目的。
Using ordinary portland cement as the main raw material and hydrogen peroxide as the foaming agent, the effects of consistency and initial temperature of slurry on the pore diameter size and bubble stability of foam concrete are studied under the condition of different W/B and different admixture content. The results show that pore diameter size of foam concrete is moderate and bubbles are stable when substituted amount of fly ash and slag powder is respectively 19%of cement, W/B is 0.41 and the initial temperature of slurry is 20-25℃. Considering the combined factors, performance of the papered foam concrete is stable, mix proportion is economic, and so it achieves the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.
