摘要
通过对大跨度薄腹板的方案设计、原材料性能检测、施工工艺研究、工程应用效果评价等内容的研究,对原有施工技术进行了系统改进;通过改善高强自密实混凝土性能、采用模块拼装式模板及复合式交互振捣这三项关键技术,有效减少了人工投入,节省了劳动力,减轻了环境污染,保证了工程质量。
The project design of?a concrete bridge plate with large span and thin abdomen, the performance test of raw materials, the construction technology and engineering application effect evaluation are studied, and the construction technology for the original system is improved. By improving the three key technologies of high strength self-compacting concrete, the module with templates, complex interaction vibrating, it's effective to save the labor, reduce the environmental pollution and ensure the quality of products.
