摘要
目的:本研究应用超声骨密度仪测量妊娠期糖尿病桡骨骨密度,分析妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇骨密度变化与其年龄、空腹血糖水平的相关性,为临床上及时准确的补充钙剂、预防孕妇营养不良、防止骨密度下降、做好妇婴保健提供科学依据。方法:选择2012年1月-2013年10月在扬州妇幼保健院产前检查并分娩的正常孕妇和GDM孕妇各217例,进行回顾性分析,分别测量孕中期骨密度,分析孕妇年龄水平与骨密度的相关性。结果:GDM孕妇骨量低于对照组孕妇的骨量;GDM孕妇骨质疏松的发生率比对照组的发生率高;GDM〉30岁孕妇的骨密度比〈30岁孕妇的骨密度高;孕妇年龄30-35岁时,骨量正常的前提下,GDM孕中期骨密度比对照组骨密度高;GDM骨质疏松孕妇的空腹血糖水平比骨量减少孕妇的空腹血糖水平高。结论:在同年龄水平下,已有骨量减少的孕妇应更加关注血糖变化。
Objective:This study adopted ultrasound bone densitometer to measure bone mineral density radial gestational diabetes;analyzed the correlation between the changes in bone mineral density in pregnant women with gestational diabetes and age,fasting blood glucose level,and provided timely and accurate clinical calcium supplements so as to prevent malnutrition in pregnant women,prevent the decrease in bone mineral density;and providing scientific basis for the maternal and child health.Methods:217cases normal pregnant women and 217 cases pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)who conducted prenatal care and childbirth in Yangzhou MCH during January 2012 to October 2013,were selected and retrospectively analyzed,the second trimester bone density was measured respectively,and the correlation between maternal age and bone mineral density was analyzed.Results:The amount of bone in case group of pregnant women was lower than that of the control group.The incidence of osteoporosis in case group of pregnant women was higher than that in the control group.Interim bone mass in case increases with age(30years old as the boundary),the bone density of more than 30 years old pregnant women was higher than that of less than 30 years old pregnant women.Pregnant women aged 30-35years old,under the premise of normal bone mass,bone mineral density in the case group was higher than that of the control group in the second trimester of bone mineral density.In the case group,the fasting blood glucose levels in pregnant women with osteoporosis bone loss is higher than that of fasting glucose levels in pregnant women.Conclusion:The level of pregnant women in the same age,for bone loss should be paid more attention in the fasting blood glucose changes in pregnant women.
