基于有限元的某车型稳定杆支架轻量化分析

Lightweight Analysis of Stabilizer Bar Bracket of a Vehicle based on Finite Element

利用有限元分析方法,采用Hypermesh前处理软件以及ABAQUS和Ncode两种后处理工程软件,通过轻量化材料以及轻量化结构两种思路,对某车型的汽车横向稳定杆支架进行轻量化分析,提出了可行的轻量化方案并与初始方案进行了对比验证。

Hypermesh, ABAQUS and Ncode is adopted to analyze the lightweight of stabilizer bar bracket of a vehicle through lightweight material and structure by Finite Element method. The feasible solution is put forward, and it is compared and verified with the initial program.
