摘要
提出一种利用历史试验数据进行质量问题预测的方法,该方法基于数据整理及统计,可以在车辆上市之前对重点零部件可能出现的售后抱怨进行预测。在对关键故障类型及其发生工况进行识别之后进行相应预防,同时收集上市后的数据对预防效果进行验证。
A prediction method for quality issues using historic test data is put forward. Based on data selection and statistics, potential aftersales issues and key parts which are needed to be redesign or modified is predicted. After key parts improved, after - sales data is selected to validate the method.
