摘要 潜油泵是地下水封石洞油库工程的核心设备,国内大规模水封洞库工程的建设现处于起步阶段,对潜油泵的使用经验较少、认识程度较低。通过对某洞库项目潜油泵的研究,从结构、管道布置等方面入手,总结了潜油泵远程启动、停止的控制过程及安全联锁的触发条件,可用于优化设计,提高了水封洞库工程的自动化水平,也可用于指导潜油泵操作人员操作、维护。 Submersible pumps are key equipments in underground water block rock caverns oil depot projects. The construction of national large-scale underground rock caverns projects are in fledging period. The service experiences and cognitions of submersible pumps are very limited. Through the study of submersible pumps for one underground rock caverns project, the control process of remote start-up, remote shut-down and triggering condition of safe interlock have been summarized. It can be used to optimize design and improve automatic management of underground rock cavern projects, and can also be used to guide operators to operate and maintain submersible pumps.
