摘要
烟气排放连续监测系统(CEMS)作为烟气污染物排放监测的一个重要手段,在化工行业中已经得到越来越广泛的应用。结合某丙烯腈装置废水焚烧炉中CEMS的应用实例,从工程设计的角度介绍CEMS的组成、工作原理、相关配置以及选型过程中需注意的相关问题。通过对CEMS的合理应用,不仅能够实时地监测烟气排放的各项指标,在一定程度上还可以作为装置操作人员及工程师优化工艺及设备操作的参考。
As an important method to monitor emission of smoke pollutants, the contmuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) is getting more widely application in chemical industry. Combined with the example of CEMS application in an acrylonitrile plant's wastewater incinerator, constitution, working principles, relative configurations and notes to be taken during selection are introduced from perspective of engineering design. By reasonable application of CEMS, it is possible not only to monitor various indexes of smoke emissions, but also provide references of process optimization and equipment operation to operators and engineers.
