摘要
设计了一种基于模拟控制技术的半导体制冷器(TEC)温控系统,具有响应速度快、精度高、效率高等优点,经过实验验证,该系统可在环境温度10-40℃(范围内实现对孵育器的25℃(控温,精度达到0.05℃,可满足化学发光免疫反应所需的条件。
In this paper,we introduce a temperature control system based on analog control technology.This system has the advantage of fast response,high accuracy and high efficiency.Experiments reveale that the system can successfully control the temperature of incubator to the target temperature of 25℃ when ambient temperature is 10-40℃.With the temperature accuracy of 0.05℃,the system can satisfy the requirement of chemiluminescence immunoreaction.
