摘要 以甲基对硫磷为模板分子,采用原位逐步聚合法制备了甲基对硫磷分子印迹聚合物,利用高锰酸钾-甲醛-甲基对硫磷化学发光体系,建立了测定甲基对硫磷高选择性的分子印迹-化学发光分析方法。方法的线性范围为2.0×10^(-6)~5.0×10^(-6)mol/L,检出限为2×10^(-7)mol/L,对1.0×10^(-6)mol/L甲基对硫磷溶液进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为3.3%。此法已用于谷物中甲基对硫磷的测定,结果满意。 Molecularly imprinted monolithic column was prepared using methyl parathion as the template molecule by in situ step-addition polymerization.A new chemiluminescence method for the determination of methyl parathion was proposed by the combination of methyl parathion-imprinted polymer and KMnO4- methyl parathion-formaldehyde-CL system.The linear range was 2.0×10^-6-5.0×10^-6 mol/L,the detection limit was 2.0× 10^-7 mol/L,the relative standard deviation was 3.3%(n=11).This method has been successfully applied to the determination of trace residue of parathion in vegetable and grain samples.
