糖皮质激素与创伤后应激障碍的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 创伤后应激障碍（PTSD）是指经历创伤性事件后形成的一种焦虑障碍。创伤暴露后大约有10%的患者随后会发展为PTSD。PTSD的诊断基于事件发生后出现的三类症状：（1）重复体验创伤性事件,包括事件的侵入性回忆和噩梦;（2）回避与创伤性事件相关的刺激,整体反应麻木;（3）警觉性增强,包括睡眠紊乱和注意力不集中。诊断PTSD,上述症状至少持续1个月以上,并且对日常生活造成重大困扰和损害。
