大学毕业生情绪智力水平与职业适应性关系初探

The Initial Exploration of the Relationship between University Graduates' Emotional Intelligence and Vocational Adaptation

目的了解大学毕业生情绪智力水平与职业适应性之间的关系。方法采用大学生情绪智力问卷和大学毕业生职业适应性问卷为调查工具,对包头市3所高校已就业的296名大学毕业生进行调查。结果除情绪智力中的预见自我情绪因子外,情绪智力总分及各因子得分均与职业适应性各维度存在显著正相关(P<0.05);多元逐步回归分析提示,调控自我情绪、评价与表达他人情绪、觉察他人情绪、表达自我情绪是大学毕业生职业适应性的主要影响因素。结论大学毕业生情绪智力水平对其职业适应能力具有一定程度的影响,大学生职业教育应重视情绪智力在未来职业生涯中的作用。

Objective To understand the relationship between university graduates＇ emotional intelligence and vocational adaptation. Method Adopted questionnaires of university students＇ emotional intelligence and vocational adaptation to investigate 296 graduates in 3 universities of Baotou. Results The total scores of emotional intelligence and other factors showed positive relationship with vocational adaptation（P^0.05） except the emotional intelligence element of self-anticipation. Multiple regression analysis presented that those main influence factors of vocational adaptation including self-regulation, comment, expression and observation of others emotion, expression of self-emotion. Conclusion University students＇ emotional intelligence have an impact on the vocational adaptation to some extent. Attention should he paid to education of emotional intelligence in their future careers.
