探讨过敏性结膜炎与干眼症发生的相关性

The Investigation of the Relativity between Allergic Conjunctivitis and Dry Eye

目的探讨过敏性结膜炎与干眼症之间的相关性。方法选取牡丹江某医院2013年3月-2014年2月收治的40例(75眼)过敏性结膜炎患者作为观察组,对其进行泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)测定及角膜荧光素染色(FL)检查;随机抽取门诊没有眼表疾患、全身疾患者40例(80眼)为对照组,比较2组患者的检查情况。结果 40例过敏性结膜炎患者均存在眼痒症状,15例伴有异物感,占37.5%;23例有明显干涩感,占57.5%;18例伴有眼疲劳感,占45.0%;9例伴有烧灼感,占22.5%。观察组患者不同阶段的泪液分泌试验及BUT结果相比对照组有明显下降,FL评分明显增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论过敏性结膜炎非常容易诱发眼疲劳和眼干涩,因此,过敏性结膜炎患者一定要进行相关泪膜功能检查,并给予对症治疗。

Objective To investigate the relativity between allergic conjunctivitis and dry eye. Method 40 cases （75 eyes） of patients with allergic conjunctivitis received in a hospital of Mudanjiang city from March 2013 to February 2014 were the observation group and tested their lacrimal secretion, lacrimal film break-up time （BUT） and corneal fluorescein staining （FL）. 40 cases （80 eyes） of patients with no ocular disease and sys- temic disease were randomly selected from the outpatient department as the control group. The test findings of all the patients were compared in the two groups. Results 40 cases in the observation group all had symptoms of eye itching and 15 cases had a foreign body sensation, accounting for 37.5 %; 23 cases had a significant dry sensation, accounting for 57.5~ ; 18 cases had eye fatigue, accounting for 45.0~, 9 cases had a burning sen- sation, accounting for 22.5 %. For the patients in the observation group, lacrimal secretion tests in different periods and BUT results obviously decreased, FL scores markedly increased compared to the control group and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Allergic conjunctivitis is very likely to cause eye fatigue and eye dryness, so patients with allergic conjunctivitis must have related tests of lacrimal film function and accept symptomatic treatment.
