某极细粒级黄铁矿回收硫工艺试验 被引量:1

摘要 某铅锌尾矿浓密机溢流中黄铁矿具有可回收价值,试验验证在GMX-100旋流器参数溢流管直径为22 mm、沉砂嘴为14 mm、给矿压力为0.3 MPa的条件下,制备得到的沉砂浓度达到50%左右,硫品位为30%,硫回收率为60%左右,与现场生产高硫的给矿条件相似。将沉砂与生产高硫给矿按2∶8的比例混合浮选,试验室1次粗选硫精矿指标与原单一高硫给矿的浮选指标相近,硫品位均达到43%以上,回收率达到93%以上,具有工业可行性。 The pyrite ore in a lead-zinc ore thickener overflow has recovery value. Verification tests using GMX-100 hydrocyclone,overflow finder diameter is 22 mm,apex is 14 mm,feeding pressure is0. 3 MPa,was carried out,and sand concentration reached around 50% with sulfur grade and recovery of30% and 60% respectively is obtained,similar to the feed conditions of on-site high sulfur production;Mixed flotation with feeding mass ratio of sand to high-sulfur products at 2 ∶ 8,sulfur concentrate index from one roughing concentration in laboratory conditions is similar to original single high-sulfur feeding,that is sulfur grade is higher than 43% and recovery is higher than 93%,with industrial feasibility.
