随着民爆行业对人员管理新要求的出台,中钢集团马鞍山矿院有限公司研发了适用于民爆行业的门禁定员管理系统。通过对相关检测设备、传输设备、显示模块、输出报警设备等的搭建,并经专业软件进行计算、分析,形成了一套完善的门禁系统。在该系统的帮助下,生产管理部门能很清晰的了解作业现场的人员和车辆详细信息,生产规范执行情况。经过多家单位的使用,实现了安全生产管理的预期目标。
