沿海燃煤电厂采用海水脱硫的环境影响适用性分析研究 被引量:4

摘要 相比而言,海水烟气脱硫作为一种清洁工艺,应该得到推广与应用。但由于海水脱硫工艺自身的局限性以及中国的环境现状及环境要求,合理选择沿海燃煤电厂厂址,尤其是沿海城市电厂,才能使海水脱硫工艺更好地减轻中国沿海城市电厂带来的环境问题。通过对燃煤资源分布与采用海水脱硫工艺燃煤电厂分布的区域性矛盾、海水脱硫工艺与中国水域保护区域的矛盾,以及海水脱硫工艺局限性与中国燃煤使用的矛盾进行研究,分析了中国适合采用海水脱硫工艺燃煤电厂的沿海区域,以及如何更好地发挥海水脱硫工艺的优点、改善缺点,能够进一步服务于环境保护。 Seawater desulfurization technology,a sort of clean technology,deserves to be generalized and applied. Because of its technological limitation and present environmental conditions,sites of coal plants in coastal cities have to be selected reasonably,so the seawater desulfurization technology can be better at alleviating environmental problems. With study in conflicts of distributions of coal resource and coal plants,employing seawater desulfurization technology,conflicts of seawater desulfurization technology and our protected waters,conflicts of its technological limitation and our country's usage of coal,this thesis analyzes some coastal regions,suitable for applying seawater desulfurization technology. It focuses on how to make better use of its strengths and eliminate its weaknesses,contributing more to environment protection.
