作战任务分配需要考虑作战部队各方面能力,难以快速实施作战分配。对此,提出了基于作战能力的作战任务分配方法,在面向任务的部队作战能力的基础上进行作战任务分配。建立了作战任务分配的优化模型,模型适应范围较广,并适应动态作战任务分配。使用最小费用最大流问题求解方法获得平衡或不平衡作战任务分配问题的最优解。实验研究结果表明:模型求解结果符合实际作战任务需求,基于作战能力的作战任务分配方法是一种有效的方法。

Combat mission assignment is difficult to realize with many ability of combat forces. A method of combat mission assignment on the basis of the combat capability. The combat capability here is oriented to the combat mission. An optimization model of combat mission assignment is built up. The model may be used with the battlefield changing dynamically. Solution to the maximum flow problem with the minimum cost is adopted to obtain the optimal solution of the combat mission assignment problem whatever it is in balance or not. Experiment shows that solution of the combat mission assignment meets the combat mission requirement and the method of combat mission assignment on the basis of combat capability is valid.
