摘要
通过密闭和敞开方式,探索城市污水处理厂活性污泥处理不同烟碱浓度烟草加工废水的影响。实验结果表明:当烟草废水COD在2 000-10 000mg/L,即烟碱浓度在85-420mg/L时,在敞开培养5d后,COD去除率均可达70%以上,烟碱去除率达到100%。而密闭培养过程中,COD去除率在28%-78%,且烟碱不能完全降解。实验同时发现,敞开条件下,当烟碱浓度超过165mg/L时,对活性污泥处理有一定的抑制作用。
In this paper,activated sludge was used to treat tobacco waste water of different nicotine concentrations in closed and open ways.The results indicated that when the COD of tobacco wastewater ranged from 2000-10000mg/L namely nicotine concentrations in the range of 85-420mg/L,after five days the removal of COD reached 70% as well as nicotine which was removed completely in the open way.On the contrary,in the closed way,the COD removal was in the range of 28-78%and most nicotine also existed in the solution.The results also proved that when nicotine concentration was greater than 165mg/L,it could make less effective for treatment of tobacco waste water because of inhibition of activated sludge.
