摘要
影响混凝土强度的因素有很多,混凝土的碳化就是其中的一个。介绍混凝土碳化过程的基础上,通过实际工程和实验分析混凝土碳化对强度的影响,最终论证混凝土强度随碳化深度的加深逐渐降低。在实际工程和实验中分别采取回弹法来测定混凝土强度,用酒精酚酞指示剂的方法检测混凝土的碳化深度。然后整理、分析混凝土强度和碳化深度数据,实验室理论数据和实测数据结合分析验证结论。
Concrete carbonation is one of the factors affecting the strength of concrete.This paper first briefly described the concrete carbonation process,and then analysed the impact of carbonation on the concrete strength through practical projects and experiments,and finally proved that the strength of concrete carbonation gradually decreases with depth deepened.In practical projects and experiments,the rebound method was taken to measure the concrete strength,with alcohol phenolphthalein indicator to detect the concrete carbonation depth.The concrete strength and carbonation depth data,together with laboratory data and field data,were then organized and analyzed to verify the conclusions.
