基于表观检测旧桥的梁(板)病害与加固问题分析

Analysis to Diseases and Reinforcement of the Old Bridge Beam Based on Visual Inspection

对于有一定通车年限的高速公路上旧桥梁的梁(板)病害,可以直接通过检测人员现场数据记录和拍摄照片取证对典型的病害进行表观描述同时分析病害发生的原因,再结合桥梁先前的技术资料,施工图纸,以及相关地质勘测报告,对旧桥梁的结构安全性能作出有参考价值的技术评断,为旧桥梁的改建、拆除或者加固提供一个最为直观的表观检测技术支持。在役旧桥梁经采取加固措施后,在各种因素的影响下也出现了一些加固二次病害,为了对桥梁主体结构的使用安全性有一个更全面的分析,加固效果需要重新进行评定。

For the old bridges on the highway with fixed number of traffic years,the typical diseases can be described and causes of the disease can be analyzed through the on-site data records and pictures by inspectors.The description and causes,together with the previous technical data,construction drawings and related geological survey reports can be of great reference value to judge the safety performance of the old bridge structure,giving a most intuitive technical support to visual inspection for the reconstruction,dismantlement or reinforcement of old bridges.After using reinforcement measures to existing old bridge,there will be some secondary diseases of reinforcement under the influence of various factors,so the reinforcement effect needs to be further assessed for a more comprehensive analysis to the use of the bridge safety performance of the main structure.
