摘要
如何有效地管理和集成利用组织中的隐性知识资源是在知识经济背景下中国企业知识集成实践过程中亟待解决的关键问题之一。本研究从知识吸收的角度出发,考察知识吸收在隐性知识与知识集成之间关系的中介作用,并将激励和组织氛围纳入研究框架,分析激励和组织氛围在知识吸收与知识集成之间关系的调节作用,然后在相关研究评述和理论分析的基础上,提出相关研究命题并构建隐性知识与知识集成关系的理论模型,最后指出研究的不足和未来研究方向。
During the processes of the practice of knowledge integration in the era of knowledge economy,how to effectively manage,integrate and utilize the tacit knowledge resources in China is one of the key issues that must be resolved. This paper explores the mediating effect of knowledge absorption on the relationship between tacit knowledge and knowledge integration from the perspective of knowledge absorption,and analyzes the moderating effect of motivation and organizational climate that are incorporated into the research framework on the relationship between knowledge absorption and knowledge integration. Then,on the basis of relevant research review and theoretical analysis,the paper proposes the relevant research propositions and constructs the theoretical model of the relationship between tacit knowledge and knowledge integration. Finally,the paper points out the limitation and future directions of the research.
