摘要
企业内部的知识已不足以应对当前市场变化的需要,如何获取外部组织的知识实现增值和创新逐渐引起各界关注。文章基于不同跨组织合作的知识流动特征,从人、知识自身和环境维度探讨在跨组织合作中知识获取的障碍,主要包括知识隐藏行为的投机性、知识域的差异性和知识的粘滞性,并在跨组织合作的关系治理、组织调整、方法创新、文化融合4个方面提出具体应对策略。
Enterprise internal knowledge is unable to meet the need of current changes in the market,so how to acquire knowledge of external organizations for achieving value and innovation is causing concern increasingly. Based on the knowledge flow characteristics of different types of cross-organizational collaboration,this paper discusses the knowledge acquisition barriers in cross-organizational collaboration from dimensions of people,knowledge and environment. The barriers include speculative knowledge hidden behavior,diversity of knowledge domain and stickiness of knowledge. Finally,the paper puts forward specific coping strategies from 4 aspects of cross-organizational collaboration,including relationship governance,organization adjustment,method innovation and cultural integration.
