Transformation and Coordination Government on Community Governance: the Case of Taiyuan City

基于太原市A、B两个社区的调研,从"单位—居委会"这一横向视角出发,对"单位消失,居委会替代"的理论进行了修正,并对社区治理转型中的过渡模式进行了分析和思考。在A社区中,单位同居委会在社区建设、管理、服务上的协调配合,提高了居民对居住环境的满足度,促进了他们积极参与社区管理,最终提升了整个社区公共性的成长。

With the establishment of market economic system, the traditional unit system to survive the economic root had been shaken from ＂unit person＂ to ＂social person＂, but ＂unit system＂ really completely replaced by the ＂community＂？ As an example taiyuan city A, B two communities was found unit also has A high control of resources, to provide ＂unit person＂ with lifetime guarantee material support and spiritual emotional attachment, which has an important impact on the residents＇ committees and role. ＂In current think community governance units disappear, residents＇ committees completely replace＂ argument, essentially is the lack of rationality. The paper analyzes the transition model of community governance Units in A community, with residents＇ committees in community construction, management, service coordination, could improve the residents＇ satisfaction of living environment, and promote them to actively participate in community management, and finally enhance the community public growth.
