摘要
目的探讨CCL5基因rs2280788多态性与肺结核病易感性关系。方法计算机检索数据库,收集有关CCL5基因rs2280788多态性与肺结核病易感性关系病例对照研究,提取纳入文献的相关数据进行meta分析,以病例组与对照组CCL5基因rs2280788位点各种基因模型的比值比(OR)为效应指标,漏斗图检测发表偏倚。结果共6篇研究符合纳入标准,累计病例数1364例,对照组1581例。meta分析表明CCL5基因rs2280788多态性与肺结核病易感性无明显关联性。纯合子比较模型(GGVSCC):OR=1.28,95%CI:0.47~3.47,P=0.62;杂合子比较模型(CGVSCC):OR=1.19,95%CI:0.82~1.72,P=0.36;显性遗传模型(CG+GGVSCC):OR=1.27,95%CI:0.81~1.99,P=0.29;隐性遗传模型(GGvsCC+GC):OR=1.21,95%CI:0.49~2.98,P=0.68。结论CCL5基因rs2280788多态性与肺结核病易感性无明显关联性。
Objective To explore the association between CCL5 gene rs2280788 polymorphism and tuberculosis susceptibility. Methods Data bases were comprehensively searched to retrace all the related studies on the association between CCL5 gene rs2280788 polymorphism and tuberculosis susceptibility. The pooled odds ratios (OR) with 95% confidence intervals (95% CI ) of the association between CCL5 gene rs2280788 polymorphism and tuberculosis susceptibility were performed in different genetic model comparison. The publication bias was detected by symmetry of funnel plot. Results Six original studies with a total of 2 945 subjects (1 364 patients and 1 581 controls) were entered the final data combination. The results of meta analysis showed that there was no significant association between CCL5 gene rs2280788 polymorphism and tuberculosis susceptibility in different genetic model comparison. GG vs CC: OR :1.28,95% CI :0.47--3.47, P =0.62;CG vs CC: OR =1.19,95% CI :0.82--1.72, P=0.36; CG-bGG vs CC: OR = 1.27,95% CI :0.81-- 1.99, P =0.29;GG vs CC+GC: OR = 1.21,95% CI : 0. 49 - 2. 98 , P = 0.68. Conclusions Meta analysis strongly suggests that there is no significant association between CCL5 gene rs2280788 polymorphism and tuberculosis susceptibility.
