摘要
目的评价胸腺五肽、参芪扶正注射液联合使用对晚期肺癌患者的临床疗效,探索两者联合对晚期肺癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤细胞的影响及对生活质量的影响,为恶性肿瘤的临床治疗提供理论依据。方法选用丧失手术及放、化疗机会的肺癌患者68例,采用2×2析因设计将研究对象随机分为常规支持治疗组、胸腺五肽治疗组、参芪扶正注射液治疗组、胸腺五肽联合参芪扶正注射液治疗组。全部病例于治疗前后分别采静脉血3ml,检测T淋巴细胞群(CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)及自然杀伤细胞等免疫学指标,评价患者免疫功能变化。采用Karnofsky量表评价患者生活质量。结果胸腺五肽和参芪扶正注射液以及两者的交互作用在免疫学指标和生活质量评分的变化差异均有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。结论将胸腺五肽和参芪扶正注射液联合使用,两者具有正向交互作用,能产生更好的疗效,具有良好的应用前景。
Objective To assess the clinical effect of the combined application of thymopentin and Shenqifuzheng injection on advanced lung cancer, explore the effect of the combined application of the both on T lymphocyte subpopulation,natural killer cell and living quality of patients with advanced lung cancer, and to give basis for the clinical treatment of malignancies. Methods Sixty eight patients with lung cancer, who missed or refused operation, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, were selected. The objects of study were randomly divided into general common supportive treatment group, thymopentin treatment group, Shenqifuzheng injection treatment group, and thymopentin-Shenqifuzheng injection treatment group,with the adoption of 2 ×2 factorial design. Venous blood 3 ml from each patient was respectively collected before and after treatment, so as to test T lymphocytes population (CD4+ , CD8+ , CD4+/ CD8+) ,NK cells and other immunological indicators,and to assess the change in immune function of the patient. Karnofsky scale was used to evaluate the living quality of the patient. Results For thymopentin, Shenqifuzheng injection and the combined application of the both, it was statistically significant ( P〈 0.05) in assessment of immunological indicators and living quality. Conclusions The combined application of thymopentin and Shenqifuzheng injection, the both of which are positively interactive, will achieve a better curative effect,with a bright future in application.
