基于恒温差的热膜风速测量方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 风速测量是流体流速测量领域中的重要组成部分,对于保证产品质量、提高生产效率以及节约能源都具有非常重要的意义。针对热扩散原理进行了深入的研究,确定了在恒温差状态下风速和加热功率的关系,通过恒温差控制电路改变供电电流补充气流带走的热量,该测量方法消除了环境温度变化的影响。实测结果表明:本恒温差风速测量方法有效地增加了测量范围、提高了测量精度,为风速测量提供了新方法。 Wind speed measurement is an important component in the field of fluid velocity measurement,it has a very important significance to guarantee product quality,increases productivity efficiency and saves energy. Indepth study on thermal diffusion principle is undertaken,determines relationship between wind speed and heat power under constant temperature difference,through constant temperature difference control circuit,changes the supply currents,which makes the heat taken away by air supplemented,the measurement method eliminates effect of ambient temperature variation. The test results show that the constant temperature difference wind speed measurement method effectively increases measuring range,improves measurement precision,and provides a new method for wind speed measurement.
