摘要 为了实现高精度炮弹速度测量,提出了一种基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的双光幕测速系统设计方案。采用EZ-ARRAY系列的测量光幕传感器产生精确同步光束的传感器阵列,用来代替多组传感器对,解决了光幕发射器与接收器一一对准困难的问题。同时利用FPGA实现A/D转换控制、数据存储和USB通信等功能。针对传感器输出的标称值与实际值有出入,设计了零点可调的高精度I/V转换电路。实验结果表明:系统性能稳定可靠、测试结果准确,并验证了弹底触发方式比弹尖触发方式精确度更高。 In order to realize high-precision measurement of bomb velocity,propose a design of dual-light screen bomb velocity measuring system which based on field programmable gate array( FPGA). Using EZ-ARRAY series light screen measuring sensors to produce precise synchronization beam sensor array which instead of multiple group of sensor pairs,solve problem of alignment difficulty of light screen transmitter and receiver. While using FPGA to realize functions of A / D converter control,data storage,and USB communications. Aiming at difference between nominal value and actual value of sensor output,an I / V signal conversion circuit which can adjust zero value is designed. Experimental results show that property of the system is stable and reliable,test result is accurate and it is validated that bomb bottom trigger mode is more accurate than the bomb tip trigger mode.
