摘要
以某微车后桥桥壳为研究对象,建立桥壳轻量化的数学模型对后桥桥壳进行结构分析,采用Workbench分析软件,对桥壳模型进行了优化分析,并得出优化后桥壳的壁厚数据,使桥壳的重量降低12%,为桥壳的结构分析和轻量化研究提供理论依据和仿真参考。
The micro-vehicle rear axle housing is studied in this paper. The mathematical model of rear axle housing for lightweight was build aiming to do the research on structural analysis. The optimal solution of rear axle housing, thickness for different parts were calculated on the basis of Workbench software. Thus reducing the weight of the axle housing is 12%, and a theoretical basis and simulation reference is provided for axle structural analysis and lightweight research.
