摘要 针对现有的料场堆取料机防撞控制方法的不足,提出了一种新的料场堆取料机自动防撞控制方法,简化了料场堆取机的模型,通过平面投影法建立堆取料机的数学模型,计算出轨道上的2台堆取料机之间的最短距离,以此作为防撞控制的依据。该方法能够避免人工防撞控制的不足,实现自动防撞控制,提高系统的可靠性,同时节省人力成本。 As the current anti- collision control methods for stacker- reclaimer in material yard have much disadvantage,a new method of automatic anti- collision control for this kind of machine is presented in this paper,in which the model of this stacker- reclaimer is simplified through a mathematical model established by the planar projection method.So,the shortest distance between two stacker- reclaimers mounted on same rail can be calculated as a basis of the anti-collision control. This method can overcome the demerit of the manual anti- collision control with the automatic control realization and improve the reliability of the system. It can also reduce the cost of the labor.
