为进一步实施信息化体系建设,深入推进信息系统的支撑工作,国家电网公司大力推进开展ERP系统集中部署工作。集中部署系统将有效地增强总部管控力度,推动业务管理实现规范化。基于系统研究成果开展的测试工作意义重大,通过设计研究全面、系统的测试体系,以充分满足ERP系统集中部署相关工作的测试要求。基于测试体系的框架构建,有效地将系统测试工作划分为不同的测试阶段及测试类型,严格把控项目质量风险,确保项目准时上线。文章提出的测试体系积极推动了集中部署的相关测试研究工作,保证了系统实施效果的有效性及全面性。

To promote the information development construction, the State Grid Corporation is vigorously carrying out the centralized deployment of ERP system. The system will enhance the headquarters control efforts, and promote the standardization of business management. Based on the construction of ERP system, we need to research and design a unified, standardized testing system, to meet the requirements of system quality management and centralized control authority. Based on the system architecture, we effectively divided the testing work into different periods, and several test pattern standards, by which we can control the project quality risk, and ensure that the ERP centralized system could be carried out on time. The proposed test system promoted the research work relevant to centralized deployment, and insured the validity of system implement.
