摘要
2014年9月欧洲心脏病学会发表了新版肥厚型心肌病的诊治指南。该版指南最大的亮点是对疾病的风险评估基于绝对风险而不是相对风险。同时,指南也对肥厚型心肌病的诊断标准以及非药物治疗手段选择(如植入心律转复除颤器、室间隔化学消融等)的推荐进行了部分更新。
In September 2014, the European Society of Cardiology issued new guideline on diagnosis and treatment of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. In this new version, the disease risk assessment was based on absolute risk rather than the relative risk. Meanwhile, the diagnostic criteria of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and recommendations of non-drug treatment choice（e.g. implantable cardioverter defibrillator, ventricular septal chemical ablation, etc.） were slightly updated.
