患者家属对晚期癌症疼痛认知的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the cognition of the family members of patients to the advanced cancer pain

目的 :探讨晚期癌症患者家属对疼痛认知程度的影响因素。方法 :采用"癌症患者家属疼痛调查表"对70例晚期癌症患者家属共142人进行护理干预前后疼痛认知程度的对照分析。结果 :文化程度与年龄是家属对疼痛认知程度的主要影响因素,护理干预后家属认知程度均有所提高。与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :晚期癌症患者家属对癌症疼痛的认识及处理存在很多误区,认知干预可有效提高患者家属对癌症疼痛的认识,减轻癌症患者疼痛程度及对止痛药物的依赖,有效提高患者生存质量。

Objective： To analyze the affecting factors of the pain cognitive degree on the family members of the patients with the advanced cancer. Methods： The ＂pain questionnaire of the family members of the patients with cancer＂ was used to compare and analyze the pain cognitive degree of 142 family members of 70 patients with the advanced cancer before and after the nursing intervention. Results： The level of education and age were the main factors for the pain cognitive degree of the family members, and the cognitive degree was improved overall after the nursing intervention. The comparative difference of the pre-intervention had the statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： There are a lot of misunderstanding in the cognition and treatment of the cancer pain in the family members of the patients with the advanced cancer, the cognitive intervention can effectively improve the patient’s family members’ cognition of the cancer pain, relieve the pain degree of the patients and their drug dependence to effectively improve their quality of life.
