疼痛是临床最常遇到的问题,慢性疼痛对患者的生存质量及情感产生明显的影响。本文简介WHO三阶梯镇痛的相关内容,结合现阶段疼痛治疗的不足,从医护人员、药品管理和患者与家属原因三方面提出解决方案。

Pain is one of the most common clinical problems. The chronic pain obviously affects the life quality and emotion of the patients. This article briefly introduces the related content of WHO three steps analgesia, and by combining the sufficiency of the pain treatment at the present stage, puts forward the solution from three aspects including the medical personnel, drug management and patients and family members.
