外周血CD44v6在急性白血病中的表达及临床意义

Expressionof CD44v6 in acute leukemiand itimplication to clinical outcome

目的探讨外周血CD44v6在急性白血病（AL）中的表达及与预后的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测60例AL患者初治时（初治时组）、经联合化疗达缓解47例患者（缓解组）、其中20例又复发患者（复发组）及45例良性血液病患者（正常对照组）的外周血CD44v6浓度，分析其不同表达水平的差异。结果初治时组CD44v6水平（179．34±39．41）μg／L、复发组（190．61±28．05）μg／L、缓解组（106．72±26．38）μg／L和正常对照组（98．31±21．78）μg／L，组间比较差异有统计学意义（F=56．303，P〈0．01），其中初治时组和复发组又高于缓解组和正常对照组，差异有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。60例AL患者初治时白细胞水平与CD44v6水平呈正相关（r=0．826，P〈0．01），与疾病危险分层、有无髓外浸润亦呈正相关（r值分别为0．485和0．512，P均〈0．01）。结论CD44v6升高与AL发病和病情进展有关，对其动态监测有利于判断病情和预测复发。

Objective To investigate the significance of CIM4v6 expression in acute leukemi（AL） and it＇relation with the prognosiof AL. MethodSixty AL patientwere treated by＇ enzyme linked immunosorbenassay（ELISA） ainitial treatmengroup. Fourty-seven casewere remission aremission group, and 20 casewith no-remission group. Meanwhile ,45 healthy people were served athe control group. The level of CD44v6 wameasured by ELISA. ResultThe serum CIM4v6 in initial treatmenpatients,remission group, no-remission group and control group were （ 179. 34 ± 39.41 ） μg/L, （ 190. 61 ± 28.05 ） μg/L, （ 106. 72 ±26. 38）μg/L and （98. 31 ±21.78 ） μg/L respectively, and the difference wasignificant（ F = 56. 303, P 〈0. 01 ） ,and the CD44v6 of initial treatmengroup and remission group were highethan thaof no-remission group and control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The leukocyte levelwapositive related to CD44v6 levelin 60 patient（=0. 826 ,P 〈0.01 ） ,and iwaalso related to disease stage, extramedullary infiltration（ （ = 0. 485,0. 512 ;P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The level of CD44v6 iclosely related with the occurrence and developmenof acute leukemia.
