综合干预在高血压脑出血术后运用的效果观察

The effect of comprehensive intervention on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after operation

目的:探讨综合干预对高血压脑出血术后患者中的作用。方法:选取因高血压脑出血进行颅内血肿清除术患者65例,随机分为干预组35例和对照组30例。对照组采用传统的常规护理,干预组在此基础上进行了综合干预,对两组患者术后发生肺部感染、压疮、便秘或腹泻、压疮发生情况进行了分析。结果:经过综合干预后的一组患者,术后发生肺部感染、上消化道出血、便秘或腹泻、上消化道出血等并发症情况均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在护理质量管理中,对脑出血术后患者实施有计划的综合干预,对脑出血患者呼吸、消化及神经等系统的康复是十分必要的、有益的,它能有效地减少各种并发症的发生,减少患者的痛苦,对保证成功手术后的成果起着十分重要的作用,在临床护理工作中应该积极推广。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on the postoperative patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Method 65 cases of intracranial hematoma in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into in- tervention group with 35 cases and control group with 30 cases. The control group used conventional nursing care, the intervention group on the basis of the comprehensive intervention, the incidence of pulmonary infection, bedsore, constipation or diarrhea, pressure sores were ana- lyzed in two groups of patients. Results A group of patients after comprehensive intervention, pulmonary infection, hemorrhage of upper di- gestive tract, constipation or diarrhea, upper gastrointestinal bleeding and other complications were significantly less than that of the control group after operation （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion In the nursing quality management, the comprehensive intervention of cerebral hemorrhage patients after implementation plan ,the breath of patients, cerebral hemorrhage of digestive and nervous system of rehabilitation is very neces- sary and useful, it can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications, reduce the suffering of patients, to ensure the successful operation of the a very important role,should be popularized in clinical nursing work.
