舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术中的护理效果分析

Analysis of nursing effect of comfort nursing in laparoscopic operation in Department of general surgery

目的:探讨舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术中的护理效果。方法:选择88例普外科腹腔镜手术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者实施常规的腹腔镜手术护理干预,观察组患者在常规护理基础上实施术前、术中及术后的舒适护理干预。观察两组患者住院时间、术后下床活动时间和术后并发症情况。结果:观察组患者术后下床活动时间早于对照组的术后下床活动时间,观察组患者住院时间低于对照组住院时间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术中的护理效果显著,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of comfort nursing in laparoscopic operation in Department of general surgery. Method 88 cases with laparoscopic operation in Department of general surgery were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The routine nursing care of laparoscopic operation was used to the control group, the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing was given to the observation group on the basis of conventional care. The hospitalization time ,the time action got up of bed and postoperative complications were observed in two groups. Results The time action get up of bed after operation in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ;The hospitalization time in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion nursingeffect of comfort nursing in laparoscopic operation in Department of general surgery is significant,and which is worth learning.
