摘要
端炔烃的二聚偶联反应是合成含有共轭碳碳叁键化合物的一个重要方法.在CuI的催化下,以催化量的N-甲基咪唑为碱,在偶氮二甲酸二乙酯(DEAD)的协助下,各种不同的芳香族和脂肪族端炔都能顺利的发生二聚Glaser偶联反应.考察了不同铜催化剂和溶剂对该反应的影响.反应具有收率高、操作简单、条件温和等优点.
The dimerization coupling reaction of terminal alkynes is an important method for the synthesis of conjugated carbon-carbon triple bond compounds. Catalyzed by CuI and assisted by diethyl azodicarboxylate, a variety of aromatic and ali- phatic alkynes could be dimerized to give the Glaser coupling products using a catalytic amount of N-methylimidazole as a base. The effect of copper catalysts and solvents on this reaction was surveyed. It has the advantage of high yields, simple operation, and mild reaction condition.
