摘要
以Pd为催化剂,实现二茂铁乙烯与邻碘(溴)苯酚化合物的交叉偶联,考察了钯催化剂种类、碱的种类、溶剂等因素对反应的影响.结果表明,在PdCl2(dppf)为催化剂,用量为5 mol%,Cs2CO3为碱,CH3CN为溶剂的条件下,可高效率高产率地得到一系列邻羟基二茂铁茋类化合物.
A Pd-catalyzed method was developed for Heck-type cross-coupling reaction of a wide range of o-iodo(bromo)- phenols with vinylferrocene. The influences of different palladium catalyst, bases, solvents and other conditions were investi- gated. In the presence of PdC12(dppf), Cs2CO3 and CH3CN, the cross-coupling products can be obtained in moderate to good yields. This catalyst system exhibits good activity in the synthesis of o-hydroxyphenyl vinylferrocene compounds.
