The 2014 Winter Solstice Donkey-hide Gelatin Cultural Festival, along with the Symposium on Donkey-hide Gelatin＇s Nutritional Benefits, kicked off in Dong＇e County, in East China＇s Shandong Province, on December 21. It marked the eighth consecutive year that the festival has been held.
