腹腔镜手术治疗深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症的临床分析

Efficacy and safety of laparoscopic operation in treatment of deep infiltrating endometriosis

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症(deep infiltrating endometriosis,DIE)的临床疗效与安全性。方法选择重庆市云阳县人民医院2011年7月至2013年7月期间收治的82例DIE患者的临床资料,其中采用腹腔镜手术治疗的41例患者纳入观察组,采用传统开腹手术治疗的41例患者纳入对照组,对两组术后临床疗效及安全性进行对比分析。结果观察组有效率和并发症发生率分别为95.12%(39/41)和14.63%(6/41),明显优于对照组的有效率75.61%(31/41)和并发症发生率46.34%(19/41)(P<0.05);观察组临床症状缓解情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论两种手术治疗方法对DIE均有较好的治疗效果,但腹腔镜手术的临床疗效更加显著,且并发症较少。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic operation in treatment of deep infiltrating endometriosis. Methods Data of 82 cases of patients with deep infiltrating endometriosis admitted in Chongqing Yunyang County Municipal People＇s Hospital form Jul 2011 to Jul 2013 were selected, all cases were divided into observation group and control group with 41 cases in each group, the observation group was given laparoscopic operation while the control group treated with laparotomy, clinical efficacy and the safety of the two groups after operation were analyzed. Results The efficiency and complication rates of the observation group [95. 12% （39/41）, 14. 63% （6/41） ] were significantly better than the control group [75.61% （31/41）, 46. 34% （ 19/41 ） ], there were significant differences between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The clinical symptom remission of the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the differences had significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion For patients with deep infiltrating endometriosis, the two treatment methods above have therapeutic effect, but laparoscopic operation has a better curative effect and less complications.
