绝经后妇女阴道出血原因分析

Analysis of causes of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding

目的 分析绝经后妇女阴道出血的原因。方法 纳入2008~2012年在宝应县计划生育指导站门诊就诊的自然绝经1年以上阴道出血妇女342例,对所有患者进行妇科检查、宫颈涂片、阴道分泌物涂片及妇科B超等检查及部分患者进行的宫颈活体组织检查,诊断性刮宫或手术标本病理检查结果进行统计分析。结果 出血原因为生殖器官炎性病变161例（47.08%）;无排卵型子宫89例（26.03%）;恶性肿瘤35例（10.23%）;子宫肌瘤、卵巢良性肿瘤、子宫脱垂、子宫内膜结核共31例（9.06%）;宫内节育器所致出血26例（7.06%）。结论 生殖器官炎症是引起绝经后妇女阴道出血的最主要原因。

Objective To investigate the causes of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding. Methods 342 women with vaginal bleeding menopause more than 1 year in The Family Planning Guidance Station of Baoying County from 2008 to 2012 were selected. The results of gynecologic examination, cervical smear, vaginal secretion smear, gynecological B ultrasonic for all cases, and results of cervical biopsy, diagnostic curettage, surgical pathologic specimens for part of cases were analyzed. Results The reasons of vaginal bleeding after menopause were as follows： 161 cases （47.08%） were genital inflammatory lesions, 89 cases （26. 03% ） were dysfunctional uterine bleeding, 35 cases （10. 23% ） were malignant tumors, 31 cases （9. 06% ） were fibroid, benign ovarian tumor, metroptosis, endometrial tuberculosis, 26 cases （ 7.06% ） were causing by intrauterine device. Conclusion Genital inflammation lesions is the main cause of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding.
